Application records of unsuccessful candidates are retained for one (1) year after the admissions cycle and then securely deleted. Records of enrolled students are retained for the duration of the academic programme and for a period of five (5) years following completion or exit, as required by regulatory guidelines. Financial records may be retained for up to seven (7) years in accordance with applicable accounting and tax laws.

Our admission portal uses SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised University personnel on a need-to-know basis.
